Personalising my Conference Room Once you have set-up a dedicated conference room, you can record a welcome announcement that will be heard by all participants as they enter a conference. This can simply be your name or that of your department, or company. Recording a Conference Call Call recording is an option that you can select at the beginning of any conference call by pressing 3.
